The Chapel Saint-Roch
Chapelle des sœurs hospitalière déplacée
Included within the space of the station, it was built in 1835 at the request of the chaplain of the hospital then sold thirty years later to the company PLM (the Paris-Lyon-Mediterranean, the current SNCF). Finally it was given to the town in 1994.
The chapel is built with re-used materials of a chapel built around 1660 near the Centre canal. In the 17th Century the priest committed to leading a procession firstly around the town and then celebrating mass in this chapel twice a year: for Saint-Sebastian (20 January) and the Saint-Roch (16 August). This tradition continues since the chapel is still dedicated to Saint Roch. Mass is celebrated here every 16th August.

Reconstruite au 19ème siècle
Englobée dans l'espace de la gare, elle fut édifiée en 1835 à la demande de l'aumônier de l'hôpital puis vendue en 1865 à la compagnie PLM (Paris-Lyon-Marseille, actuelle SNCF). Enfin elle fut cédée à la Ville en 1994.
Consacrée à saint Roch
Elle réemploie les matériaux d'une première chapelle construite vers 1660 à proximité du Canal du Centre. Au XVIIe siècle, le curé s'engagea à y conduire une procession qui ferait d'abord le tour de la ville et à y célébrer la messe deux fois par an : pour la Saint-Sébastien (20 janvier) et la Saint-Roch (16 août). Cette tradition persiste car la messe y est célébrée chaque 16 août, jour de la saint Roch.
Des carreaux céramiques
À l'intérieur, la chapelle est intégralement carrelée du fameux carrelage Charnoz dont la conception est présentée dans le musée qui lui fait face.
