At 8 pm, Mass of the Passion in the Basilica
Holy Saturday : 9 pm - Midnight : Easter Fire followed by the Easter Vigil
Easter Sunday : 11 am, Mass of the Resurrection

In 2018, Paray-le-Monial will celebrate its 20 years of contemporary mosaics and for the occasion display a coat of marble tiles.
Then, as the months advance, each part of the town will have its own display of tiles. There will be a way through town for visitors to discover permanent or temporary works displayed in public spaces or in various shop windows. |

If Claude La Colombière was canonised in 1992, it is precisely because he has to teach us something today. The links between the message of Jesus in Paray and Saint Claude are essential :
One can only understand its value properly when referring oneself to what he experienced here in Paray-le-Monial, for it is through him that one can grasp it fully.
Claude La Colombière was sent here by his provincial, Francois de Lachaise, in 1675, a few days after having made his solemn vows, on his 34th birthday, on February 2nd. |
